What is the procedure on arrival?
Just give us a call on our departure phone number 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. Follow the signs for the short term car park which is situated only 3 minutes walk to the terminal, where our driver will be waiting to meet you. (Departure phone number will be sent with the booking confirmation via email).
How do I make a payment?
Just complete an online booking form and you will be taken to our secure payment site which accepts all major debit and credit cards and paypal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the reference number once the payment is completed.
Where will my car be parked?
Your car will be parked safely and securely in our secure car park.
Are all the chauffeurs insured?
Yes, all our chaffeurs have full liability insurance cover to drive your vehicle.
If I want to cancel my booking will there be a charge?
We charge £ 20.00 admin fee for cancellations.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled ?
We will be aware of any delays that may affect collection of your vehicle. We can return your vehicle to you at any time of the day or night.
